Facilitation

A facilitator is someone who provides the structure and tools that enable a group to develop its own goals and plans. The facilitator remains objective and impartial, allowing participants influence the agenda and pace.

The facilitative process fosters leadership in others as it shares the responsibility by drawing on the skills of each person and empowering them to contribute in a meaningful way.

In essence, it’s about asking the right questions so the group can find its own answers. By fully engaging in the process, each member will feel energised and accept ownership of the final outcome.

The facilitative approach may be the way to enable, empower and move your team forward.
